Explanation of Change
Help site updates for the behavior shipped in #96466 (Persist filters across view in Search), the PR for issue #95976.
That PR changed three things members can see on the Spend page:
None of this was documented, and the previous behavior (filters lost when you navigate away) was implied by the existing articles. This PR updates:
Getting-Started-with-the-Spend-Page.md— adds## How filters are saved for each Spend viewand## How to reset filters on a Spend view, plus two FAQ entries covering persistence and non-removable default filters, and a screenshot placeholder for the filters bar.Use-Search-Shortcuts.md— notes that each shortcut keeps the filters you last applied, points to Reset, and corrects the "Can I customize the search shortcuts?" FAQ, which previously implied you couldn't change anything about a shortcut.Using-Reports-in-New-Expensify.md— adds one line after the filter steps and one line in the saved search section explaining that a saved search keeps filters you add until you click Reset. The label Reset and the filters bar contents (Filters, Display, Save, Create, filter pills with an x) were verified against the live UI on web before writing.
