将设置表单的 handleSubmit 工厂调用放入提交事件，分离保存按钮 ref；用函数声明表达两个加载回调、显式循环生成确认输入编号、Location.assign 保留原 OAuth 全页跳转。策略查询保留原缓存键，页面继续翻译错误标题；移除图表未用的 radius 依赖。其余 API、权限策略、金额公式、SQL/schema、依赖和超时不改。

标签竞态原实现回归 0 pass / 1 fail（model-first 覆盖 model-second），修复后通过；最终用真实 ChannelsProvider 和 Axios 适配器验证旧响应隔离及请求次数。四设置表单覆盖按钮/原生提交、当前值、校验、归一化、显式 false、保存基线和 ref。策略错误测试先用法语加载并断言缓存 Error 保持英文稳定 key，再切英语核验同一 Error、单请求、单缓存；恢复旧查询层 t() 表达式时 0 pass / 1 fail，源码恢复后通过。
完整frontend的Windows当前结果为306 pass / 1 fail、14进程，失败文件与1310基线hash相同。先前e22和2f各有546/0/37记录，新增辅助请求用例后的完整547已由当前HEAD Linux CI通过验证。15 文件 Prettier、363 个测试源及 2 份工作流镜像检查通过；当前Windows类型/构建已通过（tsc/build:check/2CSS），当前HEAD Linux CI已通过（547/0/37、57 Go包、vet/JSON113/构建2CSS）。ESLint 全局 60 errors / 1 warning → 45 errors / 0 warnings，无新增诊断；12 个变更文件无诊断，另外 3 个保留原 effect 错误。全局 lint 仍失败，43 个 effect 与 2 个 purity 问题留给第三批。未放宽规则或期限。
对照固定 New API 718a4e7f9751c5bf1958747cd0c2c895e2b937d4 的精确 Git blob，按 MAX 现有实现独立调整；无上游源码、工具或依赖移植。真实数据库、渠道、Redis、浏览器人工/E2E、race 与掉电恢复未运行，不代表整体 pre4 验收。初始测试 fixture、同进程环境隔离和 Bun 类型导入失败均已保留记录并修正。Windows 复验另有未改动的定价编辑器5秒超时及一项后续失败；源码不变的60项隔离及该阶段完整546曾通过，新增用例后的Windows完整失败另列，日志与原期限保留。
