Summary
Apply the maintainer's explicit decision to publish v2.1.0 now and let the external marketplace catch up after hashgraph-online/awesome-codex-plugins#579 merges. Keep build, tests, source version consistency, GitHub Release creation and npm publishing mandatory. Align the release checklist/plan with this order.
Evidence
After: all six targeted marketplace verification/workflow tests pass; version consistency and diff checks pass. The regression also checks that GitHub Release/npm steps do not use continue-on-error.
Merge Danger
Door: two-way.
Blast Radius: Release
The external marketplace may temporarily deliver the preceding version. GitHub Release/npm publication proceeds independently, as requested; marketplace validation remains truthful and tracked separately.
