Summary

 spec-superflow: direct/planned workflow + bundled same-version CLI
+ Windows-compatible Qoder/WorkBuddy installers
+ CatPaw (妙手) import-package preview

Sync the existing catalog entry with spec-superflow v2.1.0. Only the existing README entry changes; generated bundles and catalog files are left to the maintainer-verified generator.

The source v2.1.0 manifests are merged into main and the maintainer has published the v2.1.0 tag, GitHub Release and npm package (latest: 2.1.0). Per the maintainer's explicit decision, marketplace synchronization is tracked independently from GitHub/npm publication. Marketplace lag is reported by the source workflow without blocking publication.

Evidence

Existing-entry updates may skip the catalog scan; the exact merged-source numeric scan above is supplied for review. The catalog-owned scan remains authoritative.

Merge Danger

Door: two-way.

Blast Radius: Catalog

One README line changes. No generated marketplace files or unrelated fork history are included. After the generator finishes, marketplace manifest 2.1.0 and a clean Codex installation remain separate delivery checks. The source tag and GitHub Release are already published.

High-Level Assessment

Keep the README-only change. The repository's contribution process assigns generated bundles and catalog files to a maintainer-verified generator, so editing those artifacts in this PR would bypass that process.

Refresh the spec-superflow catalog description

• The existing entry now mentions Windows-compatible Qoder and WorkBuddy installers and labels CatPaw support as an import-package preview. It also removes the default-review qualifier; the link and other capability descriptions remain in place.

The required catalog, alphabetical, and artifact checks pass, but the catalog sweep skips this existing-entry update and does not establish the centralized score required by merge policy. The source-side 99/100 result is useful evidence but does not replace the catalog-owned scan, so I’m leaving this open until that score is available.
