docs: refresh the org profile and add community health files - #8

The org profile renders on github.com/Ownima, where a relative link does not resolve. HEAD probes fail on servers that answer HEAD with 405, and the PATH override shadowed a newer gh outside /usr/bin. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
