"PDF Archiver" could break across lines anywhere it was set, which reads as two products.

  • The name holds a non-breaking space in the site copy, the page titles, the meta descriptions and both press kit READMEs — 93 occurrences, \u{00A0} in Swift, the character itself in Markdown
  • site.name keeps a plain space: it feeds og:site_name and the JSON-LD "name" field, where the name is an identifier a machine reads rather than a line of type
  • The coverage tables keep a plain space too — those are the headlines of other publications, quoted, and theirs to spell

Every remaining plain space in the built site is one of those two: og:site_name on each page, the JSON-LD name on the home pages, and the seven quoted headlines on /press/.

"PDF Archiver" could break across lines anywhere it was set, which reads as two
products. The name now holds a non-breaking space in the site copy, the page
titles, the meta descriptions and both press kit READMEs.

Two places keep a plain space on purpose. `site.name` feeds og:site_name and the
JSON-LD "name" field, where the name is an identifier a machine reads rather
than a line of type. And the coverage tables quote the headlines of other
publications, which are theirs to spell.
