Summary

• Pillar 1: north-star5-verify-fast step 4f-m failed on tip with lowering_source_fingerprint mismatch after Stdlib: AOT range() float step/bounds (#27158) #27940–Stdlib: AOT Dom\HTMLDocument::createFromString + body textContent (#27300) #27960 landed past the last verified-fresh argv seed (1972688b4ca1… → live a4fa125b9573…).
• Honest make bootstrap-gen0-refresh-argv-driver on tip (a4fa125b9573…, provenance=verified-fresh) — no restamp. Same shape as Trust: honest gen-0 argv refresh after #27935–#27938 tip race #27939.

• php script/check-bootstrap-gen0-manifest-sync.php → OK (38789272 bytes, fingerprint match)
• make north-star5-verify-fast → OK (4f-m / 4f2 / 4f3)
• argv-driver functional smoke during refresh (never-seen script + HelloWorld/arith/single-quote)
