Summary
Adds a consistent focus colour to be used across the application.
All uses of the focus uses of
$rpf-brand-raspberry,--rpf-raspberry-800and--rpf-brand-raspberryto the new--editor-focus-color.Note
Design system buttons do not currently support theming the focus outline - this can be updated later.
