Summary

Update the ReEDS R2X compatibility workflow to require r2x-reeds>=0.8.1, which contains the load-profile mapping fix for the r2x-core 0.8.0 HDF5 index behavior.

Without this floor, the R2X matrix installs the affected package and fails with polars.exceptions.DuplicateError: column 'solve_year' is duplicate while reading load.h5.

Issues resolved

• Restores the R2X compatibility checks that currently fail on ReEDS PRs #162, #191, #170, and #157 once r2x-reeds 0.8.1 is published.

Known incompatibilities

• This PR depends on NatLabRockies/r2x-reeds#99 being merged and released as 0.8.1.
