Outcome

Arm one exact, temporary Netlify release for the approved Sept. 19 and Sept. 26 Saturday meeting-location banner. Production remains unchanged until this exact control merge passes the pinned preview and exact-parent gate.

Closes #685 after live verification, immediate repause, and final evidence are complete.

Boundaries and rollback

This release changes no Firebase, Rules, Functions, indexes, provider configuration, account, sign-in state, private or production data, payment, route, or permission. Do not promote a preview, use a build hook, run a local production deploy, or merge after main advances. A prepared three-file repause is ready; it is not rollback. If live verification fails after publication, restore deploy 6a7ece87c5ca4d0007c1a3fc or use a newly reviewed exact-parent projection of rollback source 7496fe0881fb52908c4ff2f40f488df09c94c908.

A 2026-09-14 remote audit found historical #473, #623, and #659 hot source refs still present despite older retired wording. Their manifests are inactive, so ordinary merges remain paused, but the latent manual-rebuild path requires a separate approved cleanup after rollback refs are confirmed.

Officer impact: Prospective members will see the two temporary Saturday meeting locations and times without signing in; stale notices remove themselves after the applicable Saturdays.

Officer documentation: OFFICER_START_HERE.md, docs/officers/README.md, docs/officers/UPDATE_PUBLIC_CONTENT.md, docs/officers/PUBLISH_AND_CHECK.md, plus the matching root release/security records.

The one-shot production authority is now inactive. Final live-truth documentation is being recorded separately.
