feat(app-store): a release replaces a version waiting for review - #14

App Store Connect takes one submission at a time and locks a waiting version's screenshots. A production release now withdraws an earlier submission that App Review has not started, reuses the withdrawn version and submits it with the new build and screenshots, as Google Play cancels changes in review. WAITING_FOR_REVIEW(App Review has not started), waits until it is gone, reuses the withdrawn version (now editable) for the new version number, build and screenshots, and submits it: the same as Google Play's cancel-in-review-and-submit.
