Redact unprefixed credential values before logging identities.

A 32-character hexadecimal token such as 0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef passes this validation. If a requester puts that token in agentName or instanceId, a JSON refusal writes the token to the warning log. Reject opaque credential-shaped values or log a non-reversible identifier instead. As per coding guidelines, “No secrets in logs, commits, response bodies, or env vars named to look benign.”

Review comment at @backend/middleware/logAgentInstallRefusal.ts at line 33:
Update the identity validation using `valid`, `name`, and `credentialPrefix` so
opaque credential-shaped values, including 32-character hexadecimal tokens, are
redacted before refusal details are logged. Apply the same protection to
`agentName` and `instanceId`, or log a non-reversible identifier instead.
