docs(integrations): trim the GitHub App page to the admin install (TASK-014) - #2900
Trims integrations/github to the admin install step. The page now says the instance administrator installs the GitHub App and creates the connection, and nothing more.
Cut, each as a CUT row in its own section of docs/audits/claim-table.md:
the connection-owner grant flow: the Add, Grant and revoke steps, and the private, unbridged pod requirement
the instance-repository tool scope: the repository-bound sentences, and "on the repository" in the install step
the desktop-view paragraph and its screenshot (the image file stays, since integrations/linear uses it)
the recorded-grant detail: list_issues, create_issue, close_issue, and the readiness sentence
the task-board sentence and the non-admin sentence
The description changes from "Scoped access to the connected repository" to "Install the GitHub App for this instance".
Against origin/main at 920edd5, the page keeps one sentence, narrowed by dropping "on the repository". Every removed sentence has a CUT row in docs/audits/claim-table.md, so each can come back with evidence. The kept sentence has a TRUE row on file:line: backend/routes/integrations.ts:244 (the route is adminAuth-gated) and :263 (it creates the connection row).
GitHub tool grants
The page does not say whether GitHub tool grants are available, the same as #2899. The code has a GitHub App grant path (backend/routes/grants.ts:346), and the claim table already has a TRUE row for the connection owner granting tools (grants.ts:320, :346). A "not available" sentence would contradict that row, and an "available" sentence has no walk behind it. Adding either needs evidence.
…SK-014)
Keeps the admin install sentence. Cuts the connection-owner grant flow, the instance-repository tool scope, the desktop-view paragraph with its screenshot, and the recorded-grant detail. Each cut claim keeps a CUT row in its own section of docs/audits/claim-table.md.

The GitHub integration page now says the instance administrator installs the GitHub App and creates the connection. The claim audit records that statement as TRUE and marks other page claims CUT.

Summary
Update page claims and audit docs-site/integrations/github.mdx, docs/audits/claim-table.md
The page describes instance administrator installation and connection creation. The audit records that claim as TRUE and marks claims about repository scope, grants, and the desktop view CUT.
Correct the audit note before merging so it records documentation removal rather than incorrectly claiming the backend flow was removed.

Explanation
The title names the change: trimming the GitHub App docs page to the admin install step, with a ticket reference. It is specific and matches the summary and objectives, which describe the removal of grant, scope, screenshot, and readiness details and the rewrite of the description to an admin-install sentence. The title does not mention the audit table update, but it does not need to cover every detail.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description states the change is a trim of the integrations/github page to the admin install step. It lists the removed items, the description wording change, the audit claim table CUT rows, the kept sentence and its file:line evidence, and the open question on GitHub tool grants. This is directly related to the changeset.

Do not state that the grant flow was removed.
backend/routes/grants.ts:312, :320, :430 still supports connection-owner root grants, and this table records that behavior at rows 131 and 136. This PR removes the documentation sentence. It does not remove the backend grant flow.
Change the CUT note to say that the sentence was removed, or cite a code change that actually disables the flow.
As per path instructions, this documentation claim must match repository behavior.

Update the CUT note in the integrations/github row to say that the documentation
sentence was removed, not that the connection-owner grant flow was removed;
preserve the distinction between the documentation change and the backend
behavior.

The page now makes one claim: "The instance administrator installs the GitHub App and creates the connection." It holds at this head. backend/routes/integrations.ts:244 is router.post('/github-app', …, auth, adminAuth, …) and :263 is new Integration({ type: 'github-app', … status: 'connected' }). Both line refs in the TRUE row are exact, and the row is honest that this is the code path only, not a walk.
Claim table: every sentence removed from the page has a CUT row, including the old description and the repository-scope wording dropped from the install step. The one kept sentence has a TRUE row. The page and the table agree. connectors-desktop.png is correctly kept for integrations/linear.
Non-blocking: the page now reads as a dead end, with no pointer to where the connection shows up afterwards. That's fine given nothing past install is walked.
