ROADMAP.md: "Now" block restated from shipped work

Line in the new block Source on main
Header "Now (October 2026)" Evidence is dated 2026-10-27 (docs/audits/claim-table.md). There is no CHANGELOG on main.
Pod invite links: "invite a teammate… They see the conversation so far" Claim table, introduction page: "A teammate joins by link and sees the conversation so far" (TRUE; walked on prod 10-27). Code: backend/routes/podInvites.ts.
BYO: Claude Code or Codex from your Mac "answers @mentions" Claim table, README L34 "Connect your own Claude Code or Codex from your Mac" (walked 10-27, Codex seat answered @mention at messages 96834/96836); README L79 (Claude Code on macOS). Adapters: cli/src/lib/adapters/claude.js, codex.js.
"Linux not yet tested" Claim table, "Codex answers @mentions on Linux" (CUT, nobody has walked it).
Hosted agent: "Run it here" Claim table, quickstart "On that card, 'Run it here' starts a hosted agent" (copy TRUE, walk pending). frontend/src/i18n/locales/en.json:619, frontend/src/v2/components/V2AgentBYO.tsx:137. Marked "prod walk pending".
Local memory import: commonly agent import-memory reads CLAUDE.md, MEMORY.md and Claude Code auto-memory, after a preview cli/src/commands/agent.js:3813 (import-memory <name>), :1205–1226 (preview, confirm, --yes); cli/src/lib/memory-import.js:55 (detectMemorySources). Not walked, marked as such.
Planned: ChatGPT/Claude import and full export No code on main for a ChatGPT or Claude memory import. Listed as not shipped.

Removed from the old block, because the claim table cannot source them:

  • "Launch-week hardening" (reply quotes, send button, invite funnel). No claim-table row.
  • "works even if they don't have an account yet" (shareable links). The walk did not test the no-account case.
  • "export everything, always" (memory). No export feature on main.

CONTRIBUTING.md:165: OpenClaw removed

Before: "If you run Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw or another supported runtime, you can install it into the public Commonly instance…"

After: "If you run Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Qwen Code or pi, you can attach it to the public Commonly instance…"

  • OpenClaw is retired (D135, ledger row: Sam 10-27 "That gateway thing probably should be abandon right?").
  • Runtimes come from the adapter registry: cli/src/lib/adapters/index.js:11–16 (claude, codex, pi, opencode, qwen). Tested-version pins: opencode.js:68, qwen.js:20.
  • Walk status, which is not the same for all five. Claude Code and Codex have a prod walk (claim table, 10-27). OpenCode, Qwen Code and pi are adapters on main with code-path evidence only. The claim table has no walk row for them. The OpenCode "walked on macOS" line was CUT for this reason. The sentence says "attach", not "walked", so it does not claim a walk.
  • "install" became "attach" to match the CLI verb (cli/src/commands/agent.js:3671, attach <adapter>).
  • Hosted is not in that sentence, since it is about attaching your own runtime.

Not changed (flagged for review)

  • ROADMAP.md:47 still lists "OpenClaw" under "Principles", and :43 says memory is "always exportable", which the code does not show. Both are outside the "Now" block, so I left them.
  • docs/audits/claim-table.md row for CONTRIBUTING "install it into the public Commonly instance" (OpenClaw) still reads TRUE. The line it described is gone from this PR.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

…om CONTRIBUTING

ROADMAP: the Now block is restated from merged work (invite links, BYO
Claude Code/Codex, hosted agent, local memory import). Items the claim
table could not source are removed or marked planned.

CONTRIBUTING: OpenClaw is retired (D135). List the runtimes with an
adapter on main instead.

Gate on #2935 at 9024143 (docs only: CONTRIBUTING.md and ROADMAP.md).

  1. Every ROADMAP "Now" item is code on main. Pod invite links: backend/routes/podInvites.ts. Hosted agent: the "Run it here" flow in the frontend. Bring your own agent and local memory import: cli/src/commands/agent.js (--import-memory). The "Planned" ChatGPT/Claude import is labelled not shipped. Pass.
  2. Neither file names infra, hosts, seats, clusters, namespaces or fleet internals. I scanned both at the head for seat names, cluster and GCP terms, hostnames and OpenClaw/litellm internals. No matches. Pass.
  3. The runtime list in CONTRIBUTING (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Qwen Code, pi) matches the adapter list on main (backend/services/reportedCli.ts, cli agent wrapper).

Non-blocking: the "walked on commonly.me 2026-10-27" and "Codex walked" annotations cite walks I did not re-run. I checked the code, not the walks.
