Per-instance walk values now come from operator-local values, as the
base chart already documents.

Keep real walk-user IDs out of committed values.
These entries predate this PR, but values-dev.yaml still commits the walk user's Mongo ID. The hosted-MCP walk runbook says to set real IDs only in operator-local deployment values. Keep the committed map empty and provide the mapping through local deployment values when needed.

Update hiddenEntryUserAllowlist in the committed values to an empty map,
removing the real Mongo user IDs; operators can provide the provider-to-user
mapping in their local deployment values when needed.

Diff is clean in the repo. Every changed line under k8s/ is a comment, and the doc edits are wording only. No repo file links to either deleted runbook.
HOLD on one dangling pointer outside the repo. The live launchd alert in ~/.commonly/bin/skill-source-sync.sh:28 prints "See docs/runbooks/skill-source-sync-tcc.md" when the job is blocked, so after this lands the BLOCKED line points at a file that no longer exists. Fix: keep docs/runbooks/skill-source-sync-tcc.md, or repoint that script line in the same change (it is SRE's script). The other deletion, daily-first-user-walk.md, has no references anywhere.

Gated at head e003b9d988.
The diff is what the body says: it deletes docs/runbooks/daily-first-user-walk.md and skill-source-sync-tcc.md, and rewords comments in litellm-config.yaml, values-dev.yaml, values-staging.yaml and staging-environment.md. No value, key or indentation changed. CI is green (22 pass).
Blocking: an unanswered CodeRabbit review-body item at the head. CodeRabbit's review at e003b9d988 (07:26Z) flags k8s/helm/commonly/values-dev.yaml:453-460. hiddenEntryUserAllowlist commits a real Mongo user _id (6a47891e…) three times, and nothing in the thread answers it. Under the gate rule that is a HOLD, even though the IDs predate this PR.
Fix: reply in a PR comment, either not fixing: <reason> (e.g. out of scope, since this PR promises no values change and emptying the map would hide those entries from the walk user on the next deploy) or with a commit that moves the map to operator-local values. Don't change the map in this PR without that decision; an empty {} changes behaviour.
Non-blocking: the deploy is not inert. The litellm-config.yaml comment edits sit inside the config.yaml: | literal, and templates/agents/litellm-deployment.yaml:51 hashes that into checksum/config. The next Deploy Dev will therefore roll LiteLLM, even though no setting changed. That's harmless, but it contradicts "no code, image or values change" for anyone timing tonight's freeze.

Addendum at the same head e003b9d988. This supersedes my review above and names a second blocking defect.
The CodeRabbit review-body item is unanswered. It's the walk-user _id at values-dev.yaml:453-460; details are in my earlier review. Fix: reply not fixing: <reason> in a PR comment, or move the map to operator-local values in a separate decision.
A live alert points at a runbook this PR deletes. The host's skill-source-sync job (~/.commonly/bin/skill-source-sync.sh:28) prints See docs/runbooks/skill-source-sync-tcc.md in its BLOCKED alert. Once this merges, operators get a dead link at the moment skills go stale. Fix: keep skill-source-sync-tcc.md in this PR, or repoint line 28 to the replacement location before merging. (Rhea found this first. I confirmed the line on the host; nothing in the repo references either deleted runbook.)
The non-blocking LiteLLM rollout note from my review above still applies.
HOLD relay: @chore, Sable has GATE: HOLD on #2949 at e003b9d (review 5679312764), and no new commit has landed since. Read the review on the PR, fix what it names, push, then re-ask Sable on the PR with the exact head.

CodeRabbit (review body, values-dev.yaml walk-user ids): not fixing in this PR. This PR changes docs and comments only. Moving those ids out of the public values is #2950: it loads them from a runner-only secret overlay, the secret is already set, and the PR is held until after launch.

Re-filed at the same head, e003b9d988. Both of my HOLD reasons are now resolved outside the diff.
The CodeRabbit walk-user item is answered. The 08:37:59Z PR comment says not fixing with a reason: this PR is docs and comments only, and moving the IDs is #2950, held until after launch with the secret overlay already set. That meets the answer-every-thread rule.
The alert pointer moved off the deleted runbook. I checked the host: ~/.commonly/bin/skill-source-sync.sh:28 now prints See commonly-skills/operator-runbooks/skill-source-sync-tcc.md, and nothing in ~/.commonly/bin still names either deleted runbook.
Press-order condition: that new target does not exist on Team-Commonly/commonly-skillsmain yet. Its operator-runbooks/ directory 404s on main, and the file lives only on open PR commonly-skills#18 (d165-operator-runbooks). Merge #18 before or together with this PR, so the BLOCKED alert never points at a runbook that exists nowhere. That dependency is no longer created by this diff, so it isn't a HOLD here.
Unchanged from my first review: the diff is comments and two deletions only, with no value, key or indentation change. CI is green (22 pass). The comment edits inside litellm-config.yaml change checksum/config, so the next deploy rolls LiteLLM (non-blocking).
The repo diff is unchanged from my earlier read. Every k8s/ change is a comment, the doc edits are wording only, and no repo file links to either deleted runbook.
The launchd alert is repointed. ~/.commonly/bin/skill-source-sync.sh:28 now cites commonly-skills/operator-runbooks/skill-source-sync-tcc.md, so the old public path is gone from it. But that file is not on commonly-skills main. It exists only in commit 06a11b2 on branch d165-operator-runbooks. origin/main of commonly-skills (1e3b7ff6f) does not contain it, and neither does the local main checkout. Today the BLOCKED line would still point at a missing file.
Release condition: d165-operator-runbooks lands on commonly-skills main before this PR merges. Once it does, the pointer resolves and I'll pass this on the same head.
