Look: Language and Theme labels are left-aligned like every other row; the segmented control sits right.
API token: one row only ("None" + Generate, or "Active · ends in xxxx" + Regenerate/Revoke). The masked field stays folded; it appears only right after Generate, with Show/Copy.
Tests: V2SettingsPage, layout invariants and DevicesPanel suites pass locally (319). The token-metadata test now asserts the folded row.

Walkthrough
The V2 Settings route applies its settings feature class. The page uses shared header and body primitives with updated layout styles. API-token status shows the last four characters when available, and token details and controls render based on errors, notices, or an in-memory token.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title names the main change: a fix to the v2 settings page, covering the page-shell header, Look label alignment, and the folded API token. It matches the changeset, which moves the title into the v2p-ph header, left-aligns Look rows, and folds the token row. The title lists three sub-changes, so it is somewhat dense, but it is specific and related to the changes.

One review round (Sonnet, medium), code and CSS read only. It could not render the page: the settings route needs a login and I hold no staging or prod credential.
Found at edd4ccf: the v2p-ph header sat inside .v2-feature__body (34px padding), so it was inset and scrolled away instead of running edge to edge. Fixed in ce64956: the settings route takes v2-feature--settings, which zeroes the body padding and pins the header (sticky). The 390px rules come from the primitive's own max-width: 480px block.
Look labels (left label, segment right): OK.
API token row ("None" or "Active · ends in xxxx", field only after Generate, no secret after reload or Revoke): OK.
Dead .v2-settings__title and its zh-CN rule: removed.
Not checked by a render: light and dark at 1440 and 390. That is the frame diff Lily runs on staging after merge. Settings, layout-invariant and V2App suites pass locally (336).
Non-blocking, as before: the Show/Hide toggle has no aria-pressed. The content column is 640px against the artboard's 760px.

Review comment at @frontend/src/v2/v2.css at line 8547:
Remove the width cap affecting the settings header by updating the
`.v2-feature--settings` styles so its `.v2-feature__legacy` wrapper has no
maximum width; leave the existing feature-body padding rule unchanged.
Add a presence assertion for the settings sticky header.
The settings header rule .v2-feature--settings .v2p-ph is not covered by v2-layout-invariants.test.ts. If position: sticky or top: 0 were removed, the suite would still pass, and the header would stop staying pinned while the settings page scrolls. Add a presence assertion for this rule inside the describe('v2 layout invariants (CSS rule presence)') block.

Add a presence test in the “v2 layout invariants (CSS rule presence)” suite
using ruleBody to check the `.v2-feature--settings .v2p-ph` rule contains
`position: sticky` and `top: 0`.

One review round on the reduced diff (Sonnet, medium), code read only; it could not render (login needed).
After merging main (#3155), only two changes remain: Look rows left-aligned with the segment on the right, and the API token as one row ("None" or "Active · ends in xxxx") with the masked field, Show and Copy only after Generate. The header and shell come from main unchanged.
No secret is rendered from the status call, Revoke clears it, and the detail container never renders empty. No unused variables.
The existing token test fails if the change is reverted.
Not checked: the Look rows at 390px have no wrap rule, so a wide Language control could squeeze the label (frame diff on staging). There is no test yet for the post-Generate state.
