fix(v2): settings head is the page-shell bar spanning the pane (TASK-688) - #3166
G11 prod cut 9460865 scored settings 0.39 at 1440 and 0.41 at 390: the frame's 64px head bar has no matching region in live (the title floats as an h1 in the padded body), and at 390 the page sits in the v2-feature__legacy wrapper.
The head is now the feat(v2): D223 shared primitives and /v2/_primitives (TASK-730 PR2) #3144v2p-ph bar. The settings route (v2-feature--settings) zeroes the feature body padding and the legacy wrapper's max-width, as connectors does, so the bar spans the pane edge to edge and only the body below it scrolls.
The floating v2-settings__title and its phone and zh-CN rules are gone. The phone bar is the primitive's own 52px bar.
Not changed: the Account actions fold versus the frame's disclosure rows. I'll re-measure before touching it.
Tests: settings, layout-invariants, phone-shell and primitives suites pass (329); a presence test pins the new rules. Not rendered (no login): the re-score is Lily's.
The Settings page now uses a shared primitive phone header and body wrapper. Its content width increases to 760px. Mobile styles make the settings layout fill the available space and scroll internally. Tests check the updated shell structure and layout rules.
Changes: Settings shell
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Route and shell structure frontend/src/v2/V2App.tsx, frontend/src/v2/components/V2SettingsPage.tsx
The settings route passes v2-feature--settings. The page imports shared primitive styles and places the Settings heading in a v2p-ph header above a v2p-body wrapper.
Mobile layout and tests frontend/src/v2/v2.css, frontend/src/v2/__tests__/*
The content width cap changes from 640px to 760px. Settings-specific title rules are removed. Mobile styles make the feature body and settings container fill available space, and the settings layout scrolls vertically. Tests check the shell markup, content sizing, and scrolling.
The layout implementation is present, but its required regression coverage should be added before merging.

One review round (Sonnet, medium), code and CSS read only; it could not render (login needed).
Cascade, single scroller and no double bar: OK. The new .v2-feature--settings rules outrank the earlier phone and 680px padding rules and sit last in the sheet.
Fixed after review: the content column is now the frame's 760px with min-width: 0 (was 640px), and presence tests pin the route class, the v2p-ph header and the new rules.
Left as is: dead padding-top and display lines in earlier phone blocks (harmless; .v2p-body wins on import order), and the phone top padding of 24px against the primitive's 16px.
Not checked: the render at 1440 and 390, light and dark. The re-score is Lily's. The Account actions fold versus the frame's disclosure rows is not touched here.

Add presence assertions for the settings flex and overflow rules in v2-layout-invariants.test.ts.

Add presence assertions for the settings flex and overflow rules in v2-layout-invariants.test.ts.
The new settings rules at frontend/src/v2/v2.css:14077-14080 set flex sizing, min-height: 0, and overflow. The current phone-shell test checks only body padding: 0, legacy max-width: none, and layout overflow-y: auto. Removing display: flex or overflow: hidden from .v2-feature--settings > .v2-feature__body would still pass every test. The required invariant file has no .v2-feature--settings assertion, so add one there.
Suggested test
test('settings keeps its flex column and scroll chain so only the body scrolls (TASK-688)',()=>{constbody=lastRuleBody(v2,'.v2-feature--settings > .v2-feature__body');expect(body).toContain('display: flex');expect(body).toContain('overflow: hidden');expect(lastRuleBody(v2,'.v2-feature--settings .v2-feature__legacy')).toContain('min-height: 0');expect(lastRuleBody(v2,'.v2-feature--settings .v2-settings')).toContain('min-height: 0');expect(lastRuleBody(v2,'.v2-feature--settings .v2-settings__layout')).toContain('overflow-y: auto');});

Review comment at @frontend/src/v2/__tests__/v2-phone-shell.test.ts at line 47:
Add a settings invariant test in v2-layout-invariants.test.ts that checks the
settings body’s flex and hidden-overflow rules, the legacy and settings
containers’ min-height rules, and the layout’s vertical scrolling rule; use the
existing CSS rule lookup helper and preserve the current phone-shell assertions.
