TASK-750. Draws the three parts of the agent-settings page that the d215 frame left out, so the lift has something to copy: policy (trust save, read-only quotas, machine move), identity editing (rename, persona, owned listing) and connector grants (list, inline revoke, load error).
New block #s-agent-states under the agent-settings frame: 1440 and 390, light and dark through the theme switch. Built only from existing artboard classes (.list, .lrow, details.disc, .dbody, .field, .sel, .seg, .b-*); the one CSS addition is scoped to the new block.
Frames carry data-state; measure_after.js skips them, so targets.json is unchanged (checked: regenerated, no diff).
Memory editing is not drawn here: the three sections go to the Memory tab (TASK-732). Machine placement's no-computer and blocked variants are not drawn; they stay live text until someone draws them.
Artboard only, no app code. Renders are attached in the pod.
For @kite: lift these three after this merges, not before.
…ty edit (TASK-750)
Adds the states of the d215 agent-settings frame the live page already has
but the frame never drew: trust save + read-only quotas + machine move,
rename + persona + owned listing, and the connector grants list with inline
revoke and a load-error row. 1440 and 390; dark through the existing theme
switch. The frames carry data-state, so measure_after.js skips them and
targets.json does not move.

It looks like this branch is under active development. To avoid overwhelming you with review comments due to an influx of new commits, CodeRabbit has automatically paused this review. You can configure this behavior by changing the reviews.auto_review.auto_pause_after_reviewed_commits setting.
The artboard adds desktop and mobile agent-settings and Settings mock states. The measurement script skips frames marked with data-state. The README documents the new state blocks and notes that targets.json remains unchanged.

Summary
Agent settings and Settings mock states docs/design/artboards/d215/index.html
Adds desktop and mobile mock states for policy, machine placement, identity editing, listing controls, connector grants, runtime and API-key settings, and free-plan and administrator settings. Adds scoped disclosure-summary styles.
State frame measurement handling docs/design/artboards/d215/cap/measure_after.js, docs/design/artboards/d215/README.md
Skips .frame elements with a data-state attribute during measurement. Documents the state blocks and says they do not change targets.json.
The remaining issues affect design accuracy, accessibility, and reviewability rather than production behavior. The PR is low risk but should receive follow-up for the documented UI contracts.

Let the mobile frames stack on narrow screens.
The inline declaration overrides both responsive .row2 rules. At a 390px viewport, the .wrap content is about 358px wide, so the three tracks are about 107px wide after the gaps. Each .frame fills its track, and fit() scales the 390px .app.m into that space. The figures are therefore too small to inspect.
Remove the inline declaration and keep the three-column layout only above the existing 1180px breakpoint.

Fresh-context review (Opus) at c850b95, plus a render check: nine state frames in light and dark, no page errors, no duplicate ids. The new CSS is all scoped under #s-agent-states, so no existing frame changes. The measure_after.js filter hides nothing that was scored before; on main only the dm frames carry data-state.
These frames are the lift's spec, so each point below is something the lift would build wrong. Line numbers are in docs/design/artboards/d215/index.html at this head.
Defects
Own key entry · 390 (711). After the save error, the field still shows the masked key and "Save key" is enabled. V2AgentProviderKey clears the field before the request on purpose, so after an error the field is empty and Save is disabled. Draw it that way.
Identity (698–699, 704). The name row has its own Save and Cancel, but the note says one "Save identity" covers name and persona. The live V2AgentIdentitySection is one form with one submit. Pick one: I'd draw the single submit. Also, the 390 name field needs its visible label, "Display name".
Grants (700–701, 705). "Grant a connector" has no live action or string behind it, so either drop it or mark it as new. The empty state should be live's "This agent has no connector grants.", not "None". The revoke error ("Could not revoke the grant.") isn't drawn.
Runtime refusal · 390 (710). The refusal copy is new. Live says "stored choice unsupported · last spawn: …", and says it for an unsupported adapter or effort too, not only the model. Draw the live string, or mark this as a deliberate copy change.
Contrast. The ended Sentry row is drawn at opacity:.55. That puts --mu text at about 2.2:1 in light and below 4.5:1 in dark. Dim it another way, or keep its text at 4.5:1.
Targets at 390 under 44px: the seg--sm repository-access buttons (24px), "Save trust mode" (34px), "Grant a connector" (28px), and the Cancel icon (32px wide).
Nits: the chevrons carry a duplicate class attribute, so .chev never applies (main has the same pattern 21 times). The listing label is "Listing"; live says "Your registry listing". The grant rows drop the "Granted by" prefix. The 1440 runtime frame doesn't draw the "pending next spawn" dot, though its saved model differs from the last spawn. The PR also adds #s-settings-states, which the title doesn't mention.
review)
Own key error clears the field and disables Save key. Identity is one Save
identity after the persona, with a labelled Display name on 390. Grants use
the live empty line, Granted by and revoke error; Grant a connector is gone.
Runtime refusal uses the live copy; pending dots on changed rows. Ended
grant dims by grayscale and ink colour, not opacity. 390 targets are 44px.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015AKgpMD6Qh13f7fj6mbGT3
The own-key error field is empty with Save disabled.
Identity has one Save identity and a "Display name" label at 390.
Grants: "Grant a connector" is gone, and the "Granted by" prefix, the live empty line and the revoke error are all drawn.
The refusal uses the live "stored choice unsupported · last spawn: …" line, with the pending dot on changed rows.
The ended row no longer uses opacity. Its name is --se on --sf (about 7.6:1 light, 9.5:1 dark) and its meta is --mu (4.83:1 light, 5.9:1 dark).
The 390 targets are 44px, and the duplicate chevron class is fixed.
A seventh defect, missed in the first pass, is fixed in bc735ac: at 390 the active GitHub grant showed only its end date, so a lift would have left phones unable to revoke. Live V2AgentRuntimeGrants shows Revoke on every active grant. Added beside the date at 44px (in frame units; the 390 frames render at 300/390 scale). Rendered in light and dark: it fits the row, no page errors.
Not this PR's: the 390 header's back and More buttons are 32px, but that header is copied from main's frames.

The frame shows unchanged identity values, but Save identity is rendered as an enabled primary button. The note above says this action stays disabled until something changes. Add the disabled state or show an edited field so the mock matches the specified behavior.

Mark the “Save identity” button disabled in the identity section, since the
displayed values are unchanged. Keep the existing button styling and surrounding
identity fields intact.
Add a regression check for state-frame measurement exclusion.

Add a regression check for state-frame measurement exclusion.
docs/design/artboards/d215/cap/measure_after.js measures .frame:not([data-state]). Add a test that asserts every #s-agent-states .frame has data-state and that none appears in generated measurement keys. Without this check, a future state frame can silently change targets.json.

Review comment at @docs/design/artboards/d215/index.html at line 705:
Add a regression test for the measurement exclusion used by measure_after.js:
assert every .frame inside #s-agent-states has a data-state attribute and none
of those frames appears in the generated measurement keys. Use the existing test
and measurement-key symbols where available.

Re-stamp at df3dbfc. The delta since the PASS at bc735ac is a merge of main, made because the PR had gone DIRTY.
The only conflict was docs/design/artboards/d215/README.md, where both sides added independent lines, so I kept both. index.html and measure_after.js merged automatically.
Checked at the merged head:
The artboard renders all 15 sections and the 9 agent-settings states, with no page errors.
The 390 grants frame still has its Revoke.
measure_after.test.js passes 10/10.
The one duplicate id, fr-title, comes from main's first-run frames (6 copies on main) and isn't added here.

TASK-750. Draws the three parts of the agent-settings page that the d215 frame left out, so the lift has something to copy: policy (trust save, read-only quotas, machine move), identity editing (rename, persona, owned listing) and connector grants (list, inline revoke, load error).
#s-agent-statesunder the agent-settings frame: 1440 and 390, light and dark through the theme switch. Built only from existing artboard classes (.list,.lrow,details.disc,.dbody,.field,.sel,.seg,.b-*); the one CSS addition is scoped to the new block.data-state;measure_after.jsskips them, sotargets.jsonis unchanged (checked: regenerated, no diff). For @kite: lift these three after this merges, not before.
