feat(v2): Your team page drawn into d215 and lifted into its own sheet - #3218
Draws the Your team page (/v2/agents) into the d215 artboard, then lifts the page from that frame into its own sheet. Same method as BYO (#3198) and Connect (#3211).
Commits
07cd082, the frame. Adds an #s-team section with a team frame at 1440 and 390: the heading with its meta, the "Bring your own" and "Hire" keys, and the agent card grid (mark, name, status, category chip, Answer and Talk keys), drawn in the page's own class names. It's registered in measure_after and targets.json (team-1440: 56 helper words, scroll 1.0; team-390: 34 words, scroll 1.93).
9965667, the lift. New frontend/src/v2/components/V2YourTeamPage.css, imported by the page and scoped to .v2-team. 136 lines leave v2.css, and none of the page's rules stay behind. The zh letter-spacing entries moved with them. The only TSX change is the import. Re-pointed pins: Hire and Answer now read the fill gradient, Talk reads --v2-key-edge, and the fix(v2): re-apply agent-card name fix + refresh marketing shots (avatars, collab) #568 card-name guards read the new sheet. v2-type-floors now scans this sheet too.
40d8428, merge of main. v2.css and the invariant test titles were checked three ways and match exactly. The only conflict was the v2-type-floors sheet list, which now holds both the board sheet and this one.

1440 and 390, light and dark, en and zh-CN: the page never scrolls sideways, all six cards render, no card name is clipped, there are no page errors, and no phone control is under 44px.
Invitation code at 390: after "Have an invitation code?", the input, Unlock and Cancel are all 44px.
The staging seat has no internal agents, so the Connected agents section doesn't render there. Its gap is held by the presence test.
The needs-you ring doesn't show on the staging card because that card is not connected. Precedence is unchanged from main.
Review
One round, by a fresh-context reviewer given only the diff and the frame. No blockers. It confirmed that no other file uses the moved classes, that every token is defined in light and both dark paths, and that the eslint error at kind="agent" is already on main.
Taken:
the card-name guard now also checks that no phone block undoes the desktop rule;
the Connected agents ring overlapped the first chip row by about 6px on phones, fixed with the 14px gap;
the invitation-code input was 36px on phones, now 44px.
Reverse verification
Each fix was removed and v2-layout-invariants plus v2-type-floors were run, then the fix was restored and both suites were run again. The last row plants a phone nowrap on the card name instead of removing a rule.

The full frontend suite passes after the merge of main: 207 suites, 2,271 tests.
Frames use the page's own v2-team__* and v2-team-card__* class names, scoped
to .v2-team, so the lift is a copy; the connectors section is the visual
reference. Each agent is a 14px bordered card with a 40px avatar mark (44px
at 390), the display-18 name, a mono status line, the sentence, mono pod chips
and the acts: Hire and Answer are the ink key, Bring your own and Talk the
plain key. The needs-you card keeps its 2px cobalt ring. Drawn: one needs-you,
two working (one hosted with its meter), three idle, and the own-agent card.
Not drawn: the empty team, loading, the error line, the invite gate and
redeem form, connected agents, and the never-connected fix command.
measure_after now knows team (/v2/agents); targets.json gains team-1440 (56
helper words, scroll 1) and team-390 (34, 1.93), measured by running
measure_after.js. The run also rewrote byo-handoff-390's scroll (1.52 to
1.31); that row was reverted, the other 18 are unchanged.

The page's rules leave v2.css for frontend/src/v2/components/V2YourTeamPage.css,
imported by V2YourTeamPage.tsx and scoped to .v2-team, the page's root. They
are the frame's Your team rules (d215 index.html, s-team) with the same
selectors and values (all 46 checked line for line after the token map); .app.m
rules sit in the page's @media (max-width: 760px).
v2.css loses the whole Your Team block (123 lines), the .v2-team-card__fix rule
(rendered only by this page), and the three v2-team entries in the zh
letter-spacing list. No dark-mode override named the page. Nothing is kept in
v2.css: every v2-team__* and v2-team-card__* class is rendered only by
V2YourTeamPage (v2-teammate is V2BringTeammate's own surface and sheet).
Token map (as R04/R05): --sf -> --v2-surface; --p -> --v2-bg-subtle; --d ->
--v2-border-soft; --b -> --v2-border; --mu -> --v2-text-muted; --se ->
--v2-text-secondary; --ink -> --v2-text-primary; --c -> --v2-accent; --c-text
-> --v2-accent-text; --on-c -> --v2-on-accent; --fill-a/-b/-edge ->
--v2-fill-a/-b/-edge; --on-fill -> --v2-on-fill; --key-a/-b/-edge ->
--v2-key-a/-b/-edge; --sh-key -> --v2-key-inset; --av-ring -> --v2-av-ring;
--f-display/-body/-mono -> --v2-font-display/--v2-font/--v2-font-mono.
Markup unchanged: the only TSX change is the sheet import. Every testid,
handler, aria attribute and t() string stays.
Exceptions taken:
- phone: the two text links (Have an invitation code?, 20px; Connected agents,
16px), not drawn, get an invisible ::after ring 14px above and below for a
hit area of at least 44px (position: relative on the link).
- contrast: none needed. Muted mono text is 4.97:1 on surface (light) and
5.77:1 (dark); muted marks and the accent meter fill clear 3:1.
Carried unchanged as not drawn: BYO/Talk hover (surface-hover), Hire disabled,
Talk disabled, the reduced-motion stop for the working dot, the invite notice,
redeem form, input and error, the link, the error line, the empty state, the
connected-agents toggle and list, and the never-connected fix command.
Tests: v2-layout-invariants re-points every Your team pin at the page sheet:
the #568 name crush guards (min-width 0 on name, head and title; wrap and
two-line clamp), the phone one-column grid via teamPhoneBlock, actions wrap,
the meter track, the runtime-chip and retired-surface bans (now both sheets),
and the direction C block. Its Hire/Answer pin now reads the frame's ink key
(fill gradient, on-fill text) and Talk's border the key edge, as R05 did for
Connect's CTA. The BEND-1 test reads var(--v2-fs-feature) from the page sheet,
where its one consumer moved. signalTokens reads the ink key from the sheet and
also bans literal colours in it. v2-type-floors scans V2YourTeamPage.css.
New describe 'Your team lifted from the d215 frame (R06)': sheet import and no
Your team rule left in v2.css; keyed controls stay class-only so the shared
focus ring outranks their shadow; 44px phone acts and avatar mark; the phone
link ring; every negative-tracking selector in the sheet has a zh reset there.
Each new test was confirmed to fail with what it guards removed.

Review fixes on the R06 lift. The invitation-code input sat at 36px beside
44px buttons, and the Connected agents ring reached 6px into the first chip
row. Both overrides live in a phone block after the base rules so they win
at equal specificity. The card-name guard now also checks that no phone
block undoes the desktop rule.

Gate at 40d8428 (D218: the writer's one review round).
Fresh-context reviewer given the diff and the d215 frame only, at 9965667: no blockers. Taken in db6b813: phone-block card-name guard, 14px gap under Connected agents on phones, 44px invitation-code input on phones. 40d8428 merges main: v2.css and the invariant titles match three ways, the one conflict (type-floors sheet list) keeps both sheets.
Browser-checked at the head on a local build against staging (1440/390, light/dark, en/zh-CN; the invitation form at 390). Reverse verification in the PR body: six guards, each fails without its fix and passes with it. Full frontend suite 2,271/2,271.
Press order: after #3210 and #3211 (shared v2.css and invariant tests). Held until then.
The Your Team page now uses a scoped stylesheet, and frontend checks inspect its rules. The design artboard and viewport capture configuration now include the team surface at desktop and mobile sizes.
Changes: Your Team surface
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Scoped styles and frontend checks frontend/src/v2/components/V2YourTeamPage.css, frontend/src/v2/components/V2YourTeamPage.tsx, frontend/src/v2/v2.css, frontend/src/v2/__tests__/*
The page imports scoped team styles, and the shared stylesheet no longer contains the team rules. Tests check the scoped styles, responsive layout, and token usage.
Design mock and viewport capture docs/design/artboards/d215/index.html, docs/design/artboards/d215/targets.json, docs/design/artboards/d215/cap/measure_after.js, docs/design/artboards/d215/cap/measure_after.test.js
The artboard adds desktop and mobile team mockups. Capture targets cover both viewports, and production measurement includes /v2/agents.
The design capture can report misleading results, and its example attach command is incomplete. The mobile action-height regression test also needs strengthening. These are bounded issues for owner follow-up.

Add the required --pod and --name options to the attach command.

Add the required --pod and --name options to the attach command.
The mock command omits both options that agent attach requires. Commander rejects the command when either option is missing, so copying it fails. Add both options to the command at lines 917 and 920. The same edit applies to the matching <code> element at line 920.

checkSurface checks only the route for team. A failed team-data load can leave .v2-team__error and the unconditional own-agent card visible, with no agent cards. The route check can accept that small page and produce a HIT if its metrics meet the target. Require a loaded non-own agent card and reject .v2-team__error before measuring. Add tests for both states.

Use the same viewport-bounded word count for the team target.
94-94: Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
Use the same viewport-bounded word count for the team target.
measure_after.js:71-72 excludes artboard text outside .app, but METRICS at lines 94-110 counts any visible element without checking its position below the viewport. The mobile team layout stacks seven cards, and team-390 has an innerRatio of 1.93. Text below the 390px frame can therefore be omitted from the target count but included on /v2/agents, causing a false MISS at line 142.
Apply one shared frame/viewport-bound rule to both counters, regenerate targets.json, and add regression coverage for a below-frame team card. The same asymmetry exists for other surfaces, but this PR adds the team target that exposes it.

Review comment at @docs/design/artboards/d215/cap/measure_after.js at line 94:
Update the visibility/counting logic used by METRICS to share the same
viewport-bound rule as the target counter, so text below the frame is excluded
from both counts. Add regression coverage for a below-frame team card and
regenerate targets.json to reflect the corrected team target.

v2.css: main's file with this branch's diff re-applied. One hunk, .v2-team-card__fix, lost its context to the chat lift and was removed by hand. A three-way check matches exactly, and no .v2-team rule is left in v2.css.
Every other conflict was two sides adding at the same spot, and each side was kept whole: the artboard TOC and sections, the measure_after list and route (connect, then team; count 30), targets.json, the invariant describes, and the v2-type-floors sheet list (BYO, board, Connect, Your team). One pin keeps this branch's side on purpose: the meter-track guard reads V2YourTeamPage.css, because the rule moved there.
measure_after.test.js: 10/10. Full frontend suite: 207 suites, 2,281 tests.

Assert the phone height for every card action.
5636-5636: Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
Assert the phone height for every card action.
If the phone rule loses only .v2-team-card__talk, this assertion still passes. Talk then uses its 34px base height instead of 44px. Check that the 44px declaration applies to both .v2-team-card__answer and .v2-team-card__talk. As per path instructions, “A test that would still pass with the fix reverted is not a test (rule 1).”

Expose agent-list failures before measuring the team page.
169-169: Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
Expose agent-list failures before measuring the team page.
The per-pod agent request catches failures and converts them to an empty list. It does not set error. Therefore, waiting for loading to finish and rejecting .v2-team__error does not detect this failure. The page can show only the own-team card and empty-state content, and the upper-bound checks can report HIT.
Do not require a non-empty fetched-card list. A valid empty team has no fetched team-card elements but still renders data-testid="team-own-card". Add a readiness/failure signal that distinguishes a successful empty response from a failed agent-list request, then wait for readiness and reject the failure state before calling METRICS.

Update the team-page measurement flow for the `/v2/agents` request to expose a
readiness/failure signal that distinguishes a successful empty response from a
failed request. Wait for readiness and reject the failure state before calling
`METRICS`; do not use a non-empty fetched-card list as the success criterion,
since a valid empty team still renders `data-testid="team-own-card"`.
