feat(connectors): one named Disconnect per hosted connection - #3243
A hosted connector with two or more of your connections offered no Disconnect at all. That happens with an OAuth sign-in plus operator keys bound per agent. Nothing told the connections apart, so a single button could have dropped the wrong one.
#3242 makes the catalogue describe each hosted row: connectedAt, plus agentId on a key row. With that, each connection gets its own Disconnect, in the tile popover, the ungranted drawer offer, and the grant card:
the sign-in: Signed in · Oct 30
a key: Key · Scout · Oct 31 (the agent is resolved from the pod rosters; if it isn't on one, Key · Oct 31)
Each button's accessible name says which connection it drops ("Disconnect Atlassian: Key · Scout · Oct 31"), and confirming drops only that connection.
Unchanged: a single connection keeps its one Disconnect. A connection the server does not describe (no connectedAt, i.e. before #3242 deploys) still offers none, so this is safe to land before or after #3242.
Fix: dropping one of several connections used to mark every grant on the entry revoked in place. A grant doesn't name its connection, so with two or more connections the page now leaves that to the re-read.
Copy is new (no frame draws hosted Disconnect); it reuses the page's existing Disconnect button and note classes, no new CSS. zh-CN: 已登录 / 密钥 / 断开 {{label}}:{{connection}}.
Tests (ConnectorsPage.tools.test.tsx), each reverse-verified (fails with its fix removed, passes restored):
two described connections each get a named Disconnect; confirming one deletes only that connection
dropping one of two leaves the grant live until the re-read
a key row whose agent isn't on a roster is named by key and date
the existing "undescribed connections offer no Disconnect" case still holds
A hosted entry with two or more connections offered no Disconnect, since
nothing told the connections apart. The catalogue now gives each hosted
row its connectedAt and, for an operator key, its agent, so each gets its
own Disconnect, labelled "Signed in · Oct 30" or "Key · Scout · Oct 31".
A connection the server does not describe still offers none.
Dropping one of several connections no longer marks the entry's grants
revoked in place: a grant does not name its connection, so the re-read
decides.

Hosted connections can include agent and connection-date details. The connectors page uses these details to label disconnect actions for multiple connections. Grant revocation state changes only when the entry has one connection.

ToolConnection adds optional connectedAt and agentId fields. English and Chinese translations add connection separators and labels. The UI derives connection labels from agent names, connection type, and localized dates. The hosted connection name uses tertiary text color and 12px text; a layout test checks its font size and margin.
Disconnect actions and grant state frontend/src/v2/connectors/ToolPanels.tsx, frontend/src/v2/connectors/useToolConnectors.ts, frontend/src/v2/__tests__/ConnectorsPage.tools.test.tsx
A single hosted connection keeps a disconnect action without requiring a label. Multiple connections receive separate actions only when all can be labeled. Successful and partial-failure disconnect paths mark covered grants revoked only for entries with one connection. Tests cover action labels, deleting one connection, and grant state.
Two keys bound the same day for agents not on a loaded roster both read
"Key · Oct 31", so their buttons could not be told apart. Treat a repeated
label like a missing one and offer none. Also pin the partial-502 branch
with two connections: the grant stays live until the re-read.

In the grant aside the label reused the note class, whose
margin-top: 12px !important dropped it about 6px below the button's
centre in the flex row. Give it its own class with the note's type and
no margin; guarded by a layout invariant.

Two connections could read the same. Say two keys are bound on the same day for agents that aren't on a loaded roster. Both read "Key · Oct 31", and both buttons get the same accessible name. That breaks the PR's own rule that connections which can't be told apart get no Disconnect. Fixed in 666da9f: a repeated label is treated like a missing one, so none is offered. New test "two connections that read the same offer no Disconnect" fails with the check removed.
Nit, confirmed in a real browser: in the grant aside, the label reused .v2-connector-aside__note, whose margin-top: 12px !important sat it 6px below its button's centre. Fixed in 72ce77c: the label gets its own .v2-connector-aside__conn class (the note's colour and size, no margin), plus a layout invariant that rejects any margin on it. Browser check at 72ce77c against staging with a mocked two-connection catalogue: 1440 and 390, light and dark, aside and popover. Label and button centres now match in every aside view (698/698, 748/748, 643/643, 693/693). The popover is unchanged and aligned. No horizontal scroll, no page errors.
Test gap: the partial-502 branch had no test with two connections. Added in 666da9f: "a 502 partial removal of one of two connections leaves the grant to the re-read". It fails when the branch marks grants revoked in place.
Left as is: the date has no year and uses local time. That's fine for telling today's rows apart, and the duplicate check covers a collision.
Verified: a single hosted connection renders as before. Both the success and 502 branches skip in-place revocation when there are two or more connections. zh-CN follows the glossary (已登录 / 密钥, no 您).

The labels use the viewer's local date, and the fixtures asserted fixed
dates: in Auckland five tests failed, and in Honolulu the two look-alike
keys landed on different days. Compute the expected day the way the page
does, and give the look-alike keys one instant.

Re-stamp at db91510. The delta since the PASS at 72ce77c is one test-only commit, a CodeRabbit finding I verified as real.
The connection labels use the viewer's local date, and the fixtures asserted fixed dates. Under TZ=Pacific/Auckland, 5 tests failed. Under Honolulu, the two look-alike keys (09:00Z and 15:00Z) fell on different days, so the "no Disconnect" case would have rendered buttons. The expected text is now computed the way the page computes it, and the look-alike keys share one instant.
Reverse-verified: the old fixtures fail 5 tests in Auckland. The new ones pass 83/83 under UTC, Honolulu and Auckland. No product code changed.
The test confirms the DELETE request but does not wait for the reload or assert the resulting connection list. It can pass if the UI removes both connections. After confirmation and the server re-read, assert that the selected connection is absent and the other connection remains.

Update the disconnect test to wait for the server re-read after confirming the
DELETE request, then assert that the selected connection is absent and the other
connection remains in the resulting connection list.
The current fixtures test identical timestamps, but they do not detect a guard that compares timestamps instead of rendered labels. Keep the local date equal while separating the instants:

Update the connection fixture for “off-roster-2” in the ConnectorsPage test so
its timestamp differs from the other fixture while rendering to the same local

equality.

Skipped, with reasons, for the two nitpicks in CodeRabbit's review at db91510:
Different instants on the same local date for the look-alike keys. Any two instants that land on one local date can split across a date boundary in some time zone, which is exactly the fragility db91510 removed. One shared instant reads the same date in every zone. The case under test is two connections whose labels match, not how the date is formatted.
Assert both connection states after the re-read. The re-read is the catalogue's job and is already covered by the existing disconnect tests. This PR's claim is narrower: dropping one of two connections doesn't mark the grant revoked in place. The test asserts that.
