feat(activity): Activity rebuilt to its approved d215 frames - #3368
Activity is rebuilt to the frames that were approved on 11-03 (#s-activity-signal in the d215 artboard). Data, routes, filters, scope queries and API calls are unchanged.
What the page is now
Head. It follows the Connectors head: the title, one mono count, a Today / 7 days segment and an All pods select. The two pill rows and the (i) marks are gone.
Composer. A one-line row that opens on focus. Its ring is var(--v2-focus-ring), replacing a hard-coded 10% cobalt halo that barely showed in dark mode.
Needs you. One hairline-split list. The decision is the only open row, and its choices are keys inside it. Secondary acts sit in a hover cluster on desktop and behind a menu on a phone.
Moved forward. The table head is gone. Each pod gets a mono sub-row, with a time column beside it.
Strings. The ruled line drops its leading ✓ in en and zh-CN, and the allowlist entry in v2-slop-tells.test.ts goes with it. This was a proposal in ai-slop-tells.md.
Styles. Activity's rules move out of v2.css into components/V2ActivityPage.css.
Artboard. The four approved frames are now scored: data-state is dropped, and targets.json and measure_after.js are updated. The traced #s-activity frames are removed, and the README provenance table now says so.
Where the build differs from the frame
Order. Needs you stays oldest first, as on main. The frame's order was illustrative.
Phone composer. 52px at 390, to keep the 44px touch floor inside the row.
Phone gutter. 12px at 390, which is what Connectors, Memory, Agent settings and Board ship.
Row marks. All marks are now neutral; agent rows lose the cobalt mark and human rows the tint. The frame draws them all neutral.
Decision options. Every option is a secondary key, and the first is no longer cobalt. The frame draws them this way.
Card edge. The list keeps a 1px --v2-border-soft border, where the frame uses an inset ring. The row menu can't sit under the overflow: hidden that the ring needs. It looks the same.
Tests
The src/v2 and src/i18n suites pass (2641 tests), as does the d215 scorer test (16/16).
Presence guards cover the load-bearing layout rules, and each one was mutation-checked.

Review round (D218) at a074687, covering code, design, layout and zh-CN. The review ran at 5f4e231. The one commit since then is a small fix from that review: the zh time column is now 52px, and a test title now says 12px.
Behaviour matches main
API calls, request parameters, paging, and the retry, error and empty branches are unchanged.
The decision, approve and reply acts are unchanged.
The visible changes all follow the approved frames, and the PR body now lists the two it was missing (neutral row marks, all-secondary decision keys).

The four #s-activity-signal frames lose data-state="signal", so the scorer
now scores activity-busy and activity-dayzero at 1440 and 390. The traced
drops the three Activity entries, and prod mode can check activity-busy
on /v2/activity. targets.json gains only the four Activity keys; the other
surfaces keep their recorded numbers.

Re-stamp (D218) at c4b0f5e. The PASS at a074687 carries over: this is a clean rebase onto main after #3360 and #3362 landed.
The only conflict was in v2-layout-invariants.test.ts, where the sign-in handoff guards and the Activity guards were added side by side. Both describe blocks are kept, unchanged.
After the rebase:
