The openspec/ change proposals (mvp-foundation, phase-5…8, listserv-data-engine) were planning artifacts that no longer matched the code (e.g. phase-7 marked 41/41 done while its LLM extraction and org matching were never built; the listserv engine now lives in InboxEngine). Also removes the OpenSpec commands and skills installed for Claude, Codex, Cursor and agents. Cursor rules are kept.

Removes
openspec/and the OpenSpec (opsx) commands and skills for Claude, Codex, Cursor and agents (72 files). The specs were stale planning docs (phase-7 was marked 41/41 done though its extraction and org matching never shipped; the listserv engine now lives in InboxEngine)..cursor/rulesstay.
