Consumes the simulator actual raw_simulation/results/auth/events shape and propagates failures. Successful simulation stays REVIEW_REQUIRED with signatures unverified. Clears unsupported catalog verification flags and documents scope.

Validation: 44 pytest tests, Python compile checks and CLI JSON output passed.

See docs/SUBMISSION.md and docs/WAVE_BACKLOG.md for setup, exact evidence and remaining limitations. No Drips application or Wave enrollment is performed by this PR.

Closes #13

- Fix `traptrace fix <id>` printing nothing in terminal mode (was only working
with --json flag) by adding the missing render_fix_terminal() call.
- Fix health checker reporting `Ledger: #None | Protocol: vNone` on healthy
endpoints due to double-unwrapping the JSON-RPC result envelope —
SorobanRpcClient._call() already returns the unwrapped result directly.
- Fix mainnet RPC preset from nonexistent `mainnet.stellar.org` to
`mainnet.sorobanrpc.com` (listed in Stellar docs, matches SDK/explorer).
- Refactor CLI arg parsing so shared --network/--rpc-url/--json flags
  work correctly on all subcommands.
- Update health test mock to match real RPC client contract.
