Write lighthouse config files as version '1' so cflib can read them - #37

Conversation
cflib only reads files with version '1', so cfclient refused the files `lh config read` saved as version '2'. The format is the same, so files written by earlier cfcli versions are still read. Fixes #34

Fixes #34.
lh config readsaved files withversion: '2', but cflib only readsversion: '1', so cfclient refused them with "Unsupported file version". The format is the same, so cfcli now writes'1'. Files saved as'2'by earlier cfcli versions are still read by cfcli.Tested by reading the configuration from a Crazyflie with
cfcli lh config read -oand loading the file with cflib'sLighthouseConfigFileManager.read(). It loads now, and the same file withversion: '2'still fails there.
