docs: fix the focus ring at 2px of the accent, 3px off the edge - #19

DESIGN.md named the colour of the focus ring but not its size, so the landing drew 2px and the docs left the browser's default. The ring is now a rule, the same on the landing, in the docs and in Studio. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

DESIGN.md gains one rule under Layout: focus is a 2px ring of
--accent, 3px off the edge, and 3px inside a control that sits in a bordered box. The same ring on the landing, in the docs and in Studio.Why
The token table already said
--accentcarries focus rings, but nothing fixed the size. The landing draws 2px (since #17); the docs inbounda-dev/boundahad no rule of their own and showed the browser's default ring. The docs adopt the ring in a sibling PR.
