This changeset updates Tailwind CSS from
v3.2.4tov4.3.3. v4 no longer needs a JavaScript config, sotailwind.config.jsis replaced with a smalltailwind.cssinput, and a few classes in the templates are renamed or adjusted for v4.Nothing should change visually. Using Playwright, I've compared all pages before and after this change in Chrome, Firefox and Safari, and they look the same apart from v4's slightly updated colour palette. The Playwright tests from #153 pass as well.
The updated stylesheet requires Chrome 111, Firefox 113 or Safari 15.4. The
maketarget builds it as before.Builds on top of #126, #152, #147 and #92
