Summary

  • Build backend switched from setuptools to flit; version is read from cognax.__version__
  • uv for development: committed uv.lock, dev dependency group (pytest, ruff, scipy) replaces the test extra
  • CI: pytest runs on pushes to main and on pull requests
  • README: Development section; removed outdated note that JAX must be installed separately
  • Example notebooks re-run; they plot MCMC predictions, and the WFPT notebook plots 2 choices
  • Version bumped 0.0.1 → 0.1.0 (breaking changes from feat!: replace rel_max_time with absolute deadline #4 and feat!: WFPT scores and samples nonresponses at the deadline #6 are already on main)

After merge: tag v0.1.0 on main.

Tests

Config/docs changes plus the version bump, so there are no new tests. Existing suite:

Outputs predated #3-#6.

…ove RT = 0

The MCMC posterior-predictive cell plotted the MAP predictions, and the density
plot evaluated log_prob at RT = 0 (outside the support, a numpyro warning).
