Summary

Resolves four stream UI / hook issues.

Breaking change

useDebounce now returns a tuple instead of the bare value. The only caller
(app/create/page.tsx) is updated.

Testing

  • New tests: flush/cancel semantics, confirmation modal (preview, cancel,
no withdraw before confirm), ledger estimation, timeline captions, pulse
    shown/hidden by stream state.
  • Existing BulkWithdrawButton tests updated to click through the modal.
  • The full suite has the same failures as on main (Tooltip, WithdrawButton,
Navbar, etc.); no new ones. app/settings/page.tsx has a pre-existing
    syntax error that tsc reports.

…line ledgers, flow pulse

- useDebounce now returns [value, { flush, cancel }]; create-stream form
flushes a pending recipient check on submit instead of using stale state (conduit-protocol#672)
- BulkWithdrawButton shows a confirmation modal with the streams, total
claimable amount and minimum estimated network fees before withdrawing (conduit-protocol#669)
- StreamTimeline shows estimated ledger sequence captions under Start/End,
anchored to the latest ledger fetched on the stream page (conduit-protocol#668)
- StreamFlowChart adds an animated dashed pulse along the flow line for
active streams, disabled for prefers-reduced-motion (conduit-protocol#667)

Closes conduit-protocol#672, closes conduit-protocol#669, closes conduit-protocol#668, closes conduit-protocol#667
