chore(deps): Update svgr and usvgr to 0.50.1

This change updates svgr and usvgr from 0.50.0-rc.1 to 0.50.1. A number set with an svgr! expression now renders like the same number written in the markup, and font-weight follows CSS Fonts 4 as browsers do. The fframes source does not change.

Note

Numeric font-weight={expr} (#203) is fixed here in usvgr. #204 adds the fframes tests for it and removes its macro workaround.
