feat: the analytics plugin - #1

@eisbachcode/emdash-plugin-analytics brings Cloudflare Web Analytics into EmDash and joins it to the content: a dashboard widget, an Analytics page with a setup check, per-entry numbers over 7 and 30 days with totals across translations, and a panel in the entry editor. It runs in-process or sandboxed within EmDash's ten-call budget per invocation, and reads English and German. The workspace brings the internal shared helpers, a compat matrix that runs the suites against other EmDash releases, and changesets for versioning. Requires EmDash 0.39.0 or later; tested on 0.39.0, 0.39.1 and 0.40.0.
