A task often names files that do not belong to this project — behind a legend token (pc:, lk:) or starting at a directory this project does not have — and premise accused each of being missing, at risk tier, above the task's real content. A path is now only accused when it is plausibly project-relative: no namespace prefix on the mention (task surface only; instruction files keep every backticked span as a claim — a corpus find showed 'facts:' swallowing a real mention), and a first segment that starts where a directory of this project does. Everything else is disclosed as outside this project, examined as unverifiable — never a missing file.
