Release Android 0.6.118/code 141 from the combined main source, including the camera model startup failure guard and explicit account authentication for foreground room relays. This PR changes only the version and release notes above merged PRs #342 and #343. The reviewed model, telemetry controls, production certificate and preview signing lineage are retained; the targeted 0.6.117 release remains separate.
Validation: all 17 required hosted CI jobs passed. The signing host passed 6,379 unit tests, both lints, all builds and the dependency/model guard. The signed APK matches all 811 unsigned ZIP payloads; its DEX, ARM64 libraries and bundled model match the hosted CI APK. The exact production-signed 116→118 upgrade retained UID, first-install time, six encrypted vaults and the legacy account. All 25 required minified checks passed, including 23 camera/native/privacy checks. Three relay-consent UI fixture cases passed separately in their supported debug build. The unchanged camera implementation previously passed a 45m26.5s synthetic media soak.
Publication follows merge: one immutable APK across GitHub, both website hosts and Zapstore, with independent signature, lineage, publisher and full-download readbacks. Physical no-Play GrapheneOS visual, thermal, battery, acoustic and real-peer acceptance remain open.
The release APK stays pinned to the exact tested source dfbe6ed. Concurrent recording-isolation work in PR #344 is preserved on main and remains outside this binary; merge ancestry and the expected combined tree are independently recorded.
