## 0.6.118 (141): safe model startup and combined relay authentication

When a background model cannot start, retain the complete synthetic backdrop
and fish until the camera/effect session resets. Do not retry failed native
graph construction on every frame: that failure path exhausted memory in an
emulator. Backgrounds remain on-device, with the reviewed SDK/model pins and
no-op reporting transport unchanged. The bundled model regression verifies
covered output across 60 frames with only one failed load attempt.

Includes the explicit room-relay account authentication from 0.6.117, previously
published as a targeted prerelease. Permission remains limited to the current
account session and foreground rooms; the person confirms the relay and npub.
No earlier refused messages are automatically resent.

The camera source passed 23 Android 15 ARM64 checks and a 45-minute synthetic
Android/browser media soak with 22 camera replacements and 22 ICE restarts.
The combined versioned APK has its own build, minified-release, upgrade,
signing and publication receipts. Emulator results do not establish live-person
cut-out quality, physical GrapheneOS performance, heat/battery, acoustic echo or
real Android/Linux relay delivery. See
