Summary

• show a market in Active Milestones only when both conditional pools are indexed and real ERC-20 reserves prove at least $1,000 of combined liquidity
• value reserves using indexed token roles/decimals and the Algebra pool tick; do not count virtual liquidity or trading volume
• fail closed when pool, token, RPC, or reserve evidence is unavailable
• replace the obsolete zero-liquidity GIP-153 static page with the funded market and redirect the old canonical/query-style links
• align three stale deterministic-QA assertions with current production behavior (explicit validation clock, chain-1 endpoint selector, and exact approvals)

The funded GIP-153 market (0x4120de9931fd29c8a6effea4df57a7c8760c1677) currently evaluates to approximately $1,204.43, so it remains visible. The archived empty deployment is excluded.
