Closes #10034

Why this PR exists

#10049 (spec_graph_view.t27) was opened on top of the #10029 branch (claude/affectionate-mahavira-86b04d). #10029 was squash-merged to master first, and then #10049 merged into that old branch, not into master. So none of its three files reached master, and #10034 stayed open.

This PR carries the #10049 squash commit (3456f62) unchanged onto current master. The cherry-pick applied cleanly.

Files (identical to #10049)

  • specs/t27f/spec_graph_view.t27: new, 774 lines. The first T27F graph view, a deterministic layout of a spec_graph graph.
  • .claude/skills/t27f/SKILL.md: one pointer line.
  • specs/OWNERS.md: one line.

Verification (Railway lab, never the Mac)

The whole specs/t27f/ directory from this branch went over as one tarball, with sha256 fd1378dd...4883a7 equal on both ends. spec_graph.t27 and ui_plan.t27 on master are byte-identical to the base #10049 was tested on.

  • t27c test-report specs/t27f/spec_graph_view.t27: 8 tests, 0 vacuous passes.
  • t27b (aarch64 under qemu) test --check: 8 passed, 0 failed, 4 invariants held, 152 runtime asserts.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

#10049 merged into the already-merged #10029 branch instead of master,
so its files never reached master. This is the same squash commit
(3456f62), cherry-picked cleanly onto current master.

Summary

Status Count
Total Open PRs 50
PRs with Failing Checks 49
PRs with All Checks Green 1
READY 0
FAILING 49
PENDING 0
NO CHECKS YET 0

These columns do not partition: 0 + 49 + 0 + 0 = 49, and there are 50 open PRs. A PR is being counted twice or not at all.

Seal Status

  • ⚠️ STALE -- sha256(compiler.rs)=e769ef021713 != manifest seal=87e5cbd3ad94.
The committed NMSE numbers were certified against an older compiler.rs.
Run scripts/reseal-check.sh locally for the two-step reseal command (advisory; not a merge gate).

Conflicts were in derived files only: the seals of verilog_emit/verilog_plan and
gen/rust/tri/t27b/verilog_emit.rs. The specs merged cleanly (master's gHashTag#10057 rst_n/en
tie-off fold and this branch's pin declarations). The derived files are recomputed
from them with this tree's t27c: gen-rust for both, and both seals re-saved.

Checks with this tree: seals of verilog_emit, verilog_plan, eth_top_ax7203 and
xc7_primitives verify; t27c test-report and t27b test 8/8, 15/15, 2/2, 2/2. t27b
verilog writes eth_top_ax7203 with all 22 pin attributes, and its synthesizable part
equals the top of the bitstream tested on the board (only the test bench differs).

New tool t27f_graph: every box and edge position, size and style comes from
specs/t27f/spec_graph_view.t27 (gHashTag/t27#10059) running in t27f.wasm.
Generated: spec_graph_view.zig/.mjs, t27f.wasm. Hand glue: server.mjs +27,
export.zig +8/-2 (third module, dedupe over all earlier modules, quota).
