Closes #10166

Part of the epic #10066.

Why

#10157 landed specs/t27mcp/examples.t27 on master at its first commit. The follow-up commit that removes its copy of find, has and NO_POS (which check_hints.t27 already defines) was pushed after the merge, so master has the duplicate the duplicate-bodies gate rejects.

What

examples.t27 gets use t27mcp::check_hints; after its module line and drops its own NO_POS, find and has. Nothing else changes. t27c gen-c inlines the imported bodies, so the wasm the t27 MCP server runs still comes from one C file; the regenerated artifacts are gHashTag/t27-mcp#12.

Evidence (Railway lab, t27c 0.5.2, zig 0.16.0)

  • t27c test-report specs/t27mcp/examples.t27: 8 pass, 0 fail, 0 vacuous. With one row widened past 40 lines it gives 1 fail (negative control).
  • check_hints.t27 and spec_brief.t27 are unchanged: 13 and 5 pass.
  • python3 tools/dupe_scan.py: see the comment with the run on this branch and on master.
  • The wasm built from this spec and the one built from the copy agree on 748 cases (topic_code over 676 two-word questions, pick over 72 (code, k) pairs).

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

The two string helpers were copied between the specs, which the
duplicate-bodies gate rejects. examples.t27 now has
'use t27mcp::check_hints;' and keeps no copy; t27c gen-c inlines the
imported bodies, so the wasm still comes from one C file and answers
identically (748 topic_code and pick cases, 0 differences).

  • ⚠️ STALE -- sha256(compiler.rs)=3b53d48ddb52 != manifest seal=87e5cbd3ad94.
    The committed NMSE numbers were certified against an older compiler.rs.
    Run scripts/reseal-check.sh locally for the two-step reseal command (advisory; not a merge gate).
