…10288 (Closes #10311) duplicate-bodies has been red on master since the claw specs landed without moving the ledger. Each new group and why it stays for now: - buf_has, digit_byte, put_count, put_str (gates.t27 + sarif.t27, #10288): deliberate. sarif.t27 says so in its header: the writers are private in gates.t27 and sarif.t27 must lower alone under gen-c. - bytes_eq 2 -> 3 (`same` in sarif_pins.t27, #10288): the test-only pins companion compares strings by .len, which gen-c cannot lower. - str_eq (gates.t27 + suggest.t27, #10286) and has_prefix (service.t27 #10283, starts_with in preview.t27 #10287): same lower-alone constraint; sharing them into one claw helper module is a follow-up, not this commit. The ledger is `python3 tools/dupe_scan.py --bless` output on master 238b6a9, run on the Railway lab; the gate exits 0 after it. Not hand-edited. #10316) master's duplicate-bodies check fails at 4414941: "a body written under log_frame is now copied [2] time(s) and was in no ledger". #10310 added specs/t27f/particle_engine.t27, whose log_frame has the same body as specs/t27f/particle_field.t27's. #10312 blessed the ledger before #10310 merged, so the copy was in no ledger. The one new line, `log_frame 2`, is `python3 tools/dupe_scan.py --bless` output, run on the Railway lab at master 4414941. The file's sha256 here (8f2300b5) matches the lab's. No other group changed: 188 groups and 662 bodies, as before. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Closes #10311
duplicate-bodiesis red on master (238b6a9) and on every open PR, including the #10024 epic PR #10275. The claw specs from #10283, #10286, #10287 and #10288 copied helpers without moving the ledger. What moved in

On the Railway lab, master 238b6a9:
python3 tools/dupe_scan.py: exit 1 with these seven errors;--bless: changed only this file (+7 -1);b14e1a56...cc39, identical to the file in this commit.Nothing is hand-edited.
