Both required ratchets are red on master (and so on every open PR) because the ledgers were last refreshed before master moved on. This refreshes the two ledgers and nothing else. Both runs were measured on the Railway lab at the master tip 2406a48; no .t27 logic, compiler source or workflow is touched.

Closes #10416

Corpus Ratchet (docs/reports/suite_expectations.json)

  • 7 entries removed (UNEXPECTED PASS): their specs now consume every token and pass every phase: bootrom_tb, low_bit_ternary, isa/registers, isa/ternary_memory, positional_enc, nn/gla, vsa/ops. max_entries 73 -> 66.
  • 4 improved discards re-pinned to the observed counts: ternary_gemm 1566 -> 1242, base/ternary_memory 52 -> 27, multi_lang_harness 88 -> 28, notebooklm 409 -> 140.
  • One worsened discard, with its cause: igla/race/ternary_mac 1139 -> 1140 (+1). The parser did not change. The same current compiler measured the file at 1139 before 5152eee, 1141 after igla race: repair ternary_mac and ternary_gemm (compile, pass under t27c and t27b, resealed) #10375 and 1140 after igla race: delete 290 vacuous wave-loop tests from ternary_mac and ternary_gemm, assert exact values instead (Closes #10377) #10379. Those two spec rewrites deleted 290 vacuous tests and added exact-value BDD blocks; two more BDD tokens are now skipped wholesale (bdd-block-fallback 1024 -> 1026), partly offset by a repaired stray brace (1 -> 0). It is the old BDD-skip channel, not a new parser failure, so it is re-pinned and the cause is written into _why_entries_rose.
  • The other seven "worsened" lines of the ratchet log were the removed entries above (no reading), not regressions.
  • _why_entries_fell and _why_entries_rose carry the story; the bless command drops those fields, so they were restored by hand.

t27b native (docs/reports/t27b_expectations.json)

  • 176 specs added (the 171 UNLISTED at 2406a48, plus 5 new on master since: claw/control, claw/control_pins, claw/evidence, claw/evidence_pins, queen/finalize), each with its observed t27b verdict: 118 pass, 58 blocked. Master moved while the PR was open (t27b: f64 floor/ceil, i64 mod and log of a literal -- token_floor blockers 11 -> 4 (Closes #10405) #10410 gave t27b f64 floor/ceil/mod routines): sacred_lattice, particle_field and statistics now pass; particle_engine and reel_particles moved blocker to ExprCall(@sin). The ledger was re-blessed from the CI run artifact at the PR tip.
  • max_not_pass 77 -> 135. A disclosed rise, not a quiet one: it is exactly the 58 newly named blocked entries (77 + 58 = 135). No pre-existing entry changed its verdict.
  • The sweep ran with --reference ./target/release/t27c, 2262 specs, 0 reference disagreements, tri t27b ratchet green against the new ledger (UNLISTED 0).

…inst master (Closes #10416)

Corpus ratchet: drop the 7 pins whose specs now consume every token (bootrom_tb,
low_bit_ternary, isa/registers, isa/ternary_memory, positional_enc, nn/gla, vsa/ops),
cap 73 -> 66, re-pin the 4 improved discards, and re-pin igla/race/ternary_mac
1139 -> 1140 with its cause (spec rewrites #10375/#10379, parser unchanged).

t27b native: add the 171 specs the reference passes that the ledger did not name
(110 t27b pass, 61 blocked); max_not_pass 77 -> 138, the 61 new blocked entries.

…id not (Refs #10416) (#10470)

PR #10445 merged with only suite_expectations.json: its last commit took the
t27b ledger from master "to be re-blessed on the lab", and the re-bless never
landed. t27b-native-ratchet has been red on every master commit since, with
UNLISTED 180 and nothing else (no unexpected failure or pass, no stale entry,
no moved blocker).

Blessed from the t27b-native artifact of master 1ef60ae (arm64 Linux, full
corpus, 2272 files) with `tri t27b ratchet --bless --accept-new`; no entry was
refused and no existing entry changed.

- 121 new `pass`, 58 new `blocked` (reason unimplemented), 1 new `codegen`
  (specs/t27mcp/tool_schema.t27, reason unimplemented: t27b's JIT reports a
  conditional branch out of range for the round-trip fixtures function).
- max_not_pass 74 -> 130, exactly the 56 new non-pass entries.
- source.commit fdeb1db -> 1ef60ae.

…sted, max_not_pass 75 -> 134 (Closes #10465) (#10473)

#10445 squash-merged with the t27b ledger master already carried, so t27b-native-ratchet
stayed red (UNLISTED 177). Same measurement, taken at 7552b89: a full t27b sweep on the
Railway lab with a 240 s timeout so load cannot time a spec out, blessed with --accept-new,
plain ratchet re-run green. 180 specs added: 121 pass, 59 blocked; the cap follows the
not-pass count.
