Rescues the unique work stranded on wave-loop-898 (+2385 behind master). Every inclusion is measured, not assumed — A/B below.

Lean proofs — the substance

Baseline, pristine origin/master 2925def: lake build FAILS. TernaryFPGABoot (broken by Wave Loop 460 Variant C, #4800 — lean CI red since Sep 24), H4Lagrangian (broken since Aug 29), and IcarusLowerable/Completeness (broken by an Aug-28 native_decide that the 9-import root never reaches). Master's root imports 9 of 24 modules — the one-directional import gate's documented blind spot.

This PR: repaired full-import root, T1Lucas + ZetaSumRule tracked for the first time (the CREDENTIAL.md blocking defect), branch versions of the three modules master broke, branch-newer GoldenFloatRoundTrip. Master's newer green versions of TernaryMac/TernaryGemm/TernaryInference/NeutrinoMasses are kept (they added statements).

lake build: 8588 jobs, exit 0. 1,328 theorem/lemma, 0 sorry, 0 axiom. Same toolchain pin (v4.31.0) and mathlib rev (800238935b9c) as master — no dependency movement. Per-module provenance table in proofs/lean4/CREDENTIAL.md.

specs/mcp/server_registry.t27

313 lines — the server registry the mcpctl MCP server implements (mcp_doctor / mcp_resolve). Was untracked WIP in Rust-flavored macro syntax; asserts rewritten to canonical t27 (assert_eq!(a, b) → assert a == b); parses and typechecks 0 errors, 0 warnings under master's compiler; sealed (mcp_server_registry.json, all hashes MATCH).

tools/gen_formats_catalog.py

Graft of the branch's positional-only CLI rejection (a stray --out once created a literal ./--out/ tree) onto master's W603 repo-root defaults. Both fixes now live together; smoke-tested both paths.

Research corpus

research/ (gamma paper, gamma hypotheses, formula-matrix), docs/nona-02-organism/, TRINITY_SYMMETRY_PAPER.tex, docs/reports/CORRECTION_4MIBIT_CLIFF_2026-08-12.md — the Aug-12..13 author work stranded on the branch. proofs/lean4/CREDENTIAL.md rewritten to the post-carry numbers.

Suite impact

Local full suite on this tree: the added spec contributes zero parse/typecheck/gen failures; all remaining reds pre-exist on master (untouched specs). Net suite change: the one new spec, green and sealed.

Deliberately NOT carried

  • the branch's lean-proofs.yml rewrite (bidirectional import gate, git-contains check, build-from-archive) — pushing a workflows file needs the workflows OAuth scope the current token lacks; follow-up issue to file
  • wave-loop scratch specs/seals (retired by master policy), gen_w*.py (already on master), the Sep-20 t27c codegen pair (superseded by master's codegen rewrite)

A draft since 2026-09-28 (last update 2026-10-18); its base is 2714 commits behind master, and the rules it predates (Only t27 2026-10-05, the foreign-line budget 2026-10-07/09, seal schema v2) would each need a rework before it could merge.

Closed in the PR sweep of 2026-10-19 on the owner's decision (stale drafts from before 2026-10-10); reopen it if the work is still wanted.
