Remove the retired Agents v1 docs and redirect /docs/agents - #151

v1 agents (deployed and managed from the portal's /agents page) were retired and replaced by Workspaces. Their guide described a product members can no longer use. - Delete /docs/agents (EN + ES) and its screenshots under public/docs/agents. - Hermes guide (EN + ES): drop the "deployed on NaN Cloud" path that pointed to the v1 panel; keep the bring-your-own-machine setup. - 301 /docs/agents and any subpath to /docs (and /es/docs/agents to /es/docs) via the middleware's REMOVED_DOCS table, which now supports subpaths and a docs-root target. - Renumber apps docs order (20 -> 19) so orders stay gapless. - Update the unrendered community "not included" item and ARCHITECTURE.md. Tests: middleware redirect cases (root, trailing slash, ES, subpaths, no false matches) and a new removedDocs test asserting retired slugs have no live page and nothing on the site links to them or to the v1 portal page.
