Adds Helium detection and launching, treated like the other Chromium based browsers.

• Linux: helium (official deb/rpm) and helium-browser (AUR)
• macOS: bundle id net.imput.helium
• Windows: via Add Helium browser vweevers/win-detect-browsers#95 (needs a dependency bump once that is released)

Tested on Linux. macOS and Windows not tested.

CI failure is due to github runner updates since this last ran. Can you rebase on the latest main @oliv5r? That should fix it.
