Add four generic motion/reference skill families, guarded PCM and optional image analysis, an owned physical 3D starter, Chapter 23 method routing and portable prerequisite/example documentation. Keep runtime assets and generated media external and preserve existing production approval gates.
Validation: 251 Windows tests passed without skips; separately 209 core checks passed without Pillow. Native browser checks cover 24 lifecycle/readiness/seek assertions. Fresh synthetic clock and generated PCM/palette examples passed. Full-size software 3D encoded repeats matched; hardware repeats differed and are documented as experimental. Source and reachable-history secret scans, local links and JavaScript syntax checks passed.
No personal/client projects, real media/transcripts/approvals, private reports, installed packages/models/fonts or parent history are included. Third-party terms remain separate. This toolkit update does not grant publication approval for videos. Native editors, speech models, paid execution and other platforms remain unverified.
