For toolkit changes, review exact paths, licenses and privacy before a public push. Private release inventories/scan logs and excluded-project names must stay outside the public repository. Authored public docs are maintained here; no household schema or parent-generated README is exported. Keep governing-document hashes current after changes; never reuse old approvals or weaken gates to pass tests.

Owned operational instructions are MIT. Explanatory docs/handbook are CC BY 4.0, with MIT code snippets, as detailed in LICENSE-SCOPE.md. Third-party terms remain separate. Do not claim native-app, alignment, cross-platform or clean-install support without the corresponding verification.

New specialist routes: audio-reactive-motion, motion-graphics-recipes, procedural-motion-design and studio-3d-objects under Editing_OS/Skills. # Changelog

Unreleased entries describe the local candidate. Proposed initial prerelease: 0.1.0-rc.1. No public tag or publication date is assigned yet.
## Unreleased — proposed 0.2.0-rc.1

## 0.1.0-rc.1 — prepared candidate
- Add four generic specialist families, an unapproved style catalog and original
Chapter 23 method routing for 118 studied techniques with explicit limits.
- Add guarded offline audio analysis, optional Pillow image analysis and an owned
physical 3D starter with explicit external Three/browser resources.
- Add generated-input examples, exporter web-source/privacy regressions and
separate core/style/graphics/3D browser test profiles.
- Preserve existing portable engines, production schema semantics, forced
alignment, approved cuts, selected treatment and encoded human-review gates.
- Correct obsolete first-release preparation wording and document configuration,
licenses, prerequisite failures, software rendering cost and capture limits.

- Prepared inspectable owned source, handbook, operating instructions, production contracts and editing/caption/graphics/quality engines.
- Added standalone configuration, external workspaces, pinned core setup and opt-in graphics/native SDK dependencies.
- Preserved timing, explicit treatment and encoded-artifact review gates; labelled synthetic fixtures and conditional integrations.
- Added onboarding, capability limits, privacy, troubleshooting, contributing, private security reporting and maintenance guidance.
Exact candidate approval, public CI and independent public-clone verification
remain required before assigning a new publication date.

Release notes must describe actual verification, conditional paths and schema/config compatibility changes. See [maintenance](docs/maintenance.md).
## 0.1.0-rc.1 — 2026-10-11

- Fresh Windows verification: 184 core/213 optional checks, synthetic and headless browser decode/repeat checks. Live models/native editor work remain unverified.
- Prepared Windows core/synthetic, dependency consistency, local link/source and checksum-pinned secret scanning CI. GitHub execution remains pending publication.
- Published owned handbook, operating instructions, production contracts,
editing/caption/graphics/quality engines and portable configuration.
- Verified 184 core and 29 optional graphics checks on Windows, synthetic clock,
browser encoding, decode/repeats and authority refusals.
- Published through the protected PR workflow with CI checks. Optional models,
paid providers and native editor execution remained unverified.

See [maintenance](docs/maintenance.md) for version and publication practice.

SPECIALIST EXTENSIONS
- Load only the applicable new recipe: audio-reactive-motion, motion-graphics-recipes, procedural-motion-design or studio-3d-objects. Use Chapter23 for studied methods and their limits. Neither a genre nor an upstream skill selects treatment.
- Native3D/object scenes require explicit local assets, failed-dependency rejection, seek-safe state and applicable full-size/encoded/repeat evidence. Model/website/native-editor paths remain conditional until separately verified.
- Keep reusable code in the toolkit and all actual jobs/evidence in the selected external workspace. Keep production schema roles/capabilities unchanged; recipe names are not new enums.

# Public source and method provenance

The four recipe families and handbook methods are owned, original adaptations. References are study provenance, not downloaded runtimes, source assets, malware audits or implementation certificates. No private study report, transcript, case history or human decision is included.

## Runtime resources

Explicit external packages: Three.js0.185.0 (MIT), GSAP3.15.0 (custom Standard License), Inter5.2.8 (OFL1.1), Puppeteer-core25.13.0 (Apache2.0) and HyperFrames0.8.146 (Apache2.0). Pillow12.3.0 (MIT-CMU and separately licensed bundled components) is optional for bounded still-image observations. The source release contains no installed libraries/fonts/browser/model files. Generated external sites retain runtime/font notices and resource SHA256 values. Read actual installed package terms before additional runtimes or assets are used.

Theatre sources/editor packages may have separate terms; no Theatre runtime is shipped. Geist fonts/Lucide icons from the motion source are excluded. CloudAI-X source remains excluded. Tutorial URLs in handbook Chapter23 identify public study material; the handbook provides original concise methods, not exported tutorial transcripts/media.118 rows are indexed studied topics with verification limits, not118 implemented techniques.

Production uses the existing genuine timing/taste/evidence/Quality/human-review gates.

A required3D profile fails on missing resources, readiness rejection, blank canvas, wrong host offsets or broken random/forward/backward seeks. Shared/caller disposal remains distinct. # Generic style catalog

All entries are unapproved starting points. A catalog label never selects a production treatment. Use the actual content/reference, show options where unresolved, and record the human decision in taste-selection/v1. Do not copy a style's example status into approval evidence.

| Example family | Adjustable properties | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Clear editorial | Type hierarchy, whitespace, semantic reveals and stable captions | Proposed design vocabulary |
| Paper and printed matter | Surface grain, registration, physical folds and constrained light | Procedural illustration or verified local 3D |
| Studio objects | Geometry, hinge phases, material, camera and contact shadows | Owned Three.js draft starter, external runtime required |
| Audio response | FFT bands, attack/release, peak clearance and actual placed-audio clock | Measured reaction, not beat/lyric alignment |
| Reference-derived identity | Shape, relative palette, light, typography and motion cadence | Original observations; no automatic resemblance claim |

A job style record contains source/rights/hash, observed identity rules, proposed tokens, requested variants, explicit selection evidence and verification limits. Keep real references, screenshots, human decisions and job records in the external workspace. Promote no draft catalog entry into an approved style without genuine selection.

See [procedural identity](procedural-motion-design/STYLE_IDENTITY.md), [studio identity](studio-3d-objects/STYLE_IDENTITY.md) and [source notes](PROVENANCE.md).

The generic STYLE_LIBRARY and starter materials are unapproved examples. Compare shape, light, camera, materials, typography and motion against the actual reference/content.
