Summary

• Add an invisible, versioned README manifest with section identities and an optional full v2 profile snapshot, so one downloaded .md can restore the complete profile when the user opts in.
• Restore exact snapshots when available, use manifest guidance for unchanged README files, and make conservative module proposals with clear review warnings for edited or external Markdown.
• Keep project JSON as the separate complete project-file format.
• Separate the manifest trailer from authored HTML so preview ranges remain valid.

Validation

• pnpm check — passed (1,608 Vitest tests, cards checks, branch checks, lint, typecheck, formatting, and docs links).
• pnpm build — passed.
• Targeted Playwright E2E — 62 passed across README import, content modules, presentation, custom HTML/code/sections, and visual blocks.
• pnpm test:e2e:cards — 23 passed.
