Rolls the open dependabot PRs into one: - github.com/stretchr/testify 1.11.1 → 1.12.1 (supersedes #92) - github.com/yuin/goldmark 1.8.2 → 1.8.6 (supersedes #93) - golang.org/x/net 0.55.0 → 0.59.0 in root and `benchmarks` (supersedes #94, #95) - actions/checkout v5 → v7 (supersedes #91) - actions/setup-go v6 → v7 (supersedes #90) x/net 0.59.0 requires Go 1.26, so the `go` directive moves to 1.26.0 and the CI minimum-version matrix and lint job are bumped from 1.25 to 1.26 to match. golangci-lint moves from v2.6 to v2.14, because v2.6 was built with Go 1.25 and refuses to lint a module targeting 1.26.
