Adds one original x402-specific tool to the Developer Tools list, as requested by the project contribution instructions. Public free browser-only CSV preview and opt-in MetaMask/EIP-3009 x402 v2 USDC checkout for an already-live 0.005 USDC/Base CSV preflight API. Live site and real unsigned HTTP402 quote were checked; 32 offline unit tests and two mock-wallet browser flow tests pass. Experimental: no claim of a real buyer-signed payment, accepted order, or revenue through this new browser checkout. The linked source clearly documents privacy limits, buyer-controlled approval, no automatic retries, and the honest paid-settlement verification gap. No unrelated file changes or paid promotion.
