Bring in main through c00afd9 (shared provider status helpers and API-key provider simplifications). Resolve conflicts by taking main for locale, key, and provider-facing behavior, keeping the branch split layout for bridge DTOs, i18n key groups, and styles where it still fits, and regenerating derived key files from main.
The earlier CSS reconciliation left tray-panel.css with stray braces and dropped main rules. Re-split main styles.css across the nine partials by aligning each main line to the branch partial it came from, so the concatenated partials match main exactly and the proof build compiles.

This PR simplifies the frontend (lane D of the simplification program) and should not change behavior. It lands audit levers FE-01 to FE-11 and FE-13, and splits six godfiles so each piece is under 800 lines. Persisted formats, DTO shapes, settings tab ids and user-facing strings do not change.
