🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Validate --min-coverage before passing it to rankCandidates.
Number(flags['min-coverage']) returns NaN for non-numeric input, such as --min-coverage 75%. Every comparison coverage >= NaN is false. All candidates then fall below the floor, so the ranking silently loses its coverage filter. Also, ranking.json stores minimumCoverage: NaN, which JSON.stringify writes as null.
A user can pass 75 instead of 0.75. That value is also accepted and fails every candidate.
Reject values that are not finite numbers in the range 0 to 1.

const totalWallMs = performance.now() - startedThe check also runs after the replays finish. Move it to the start of fit so a bad value fails before a long run.

Translate the new threshold control.
Both the slider label and its explanation have empty msgstr values. Spanish users cannot read this new control in Spanish, although the adjacent profile controls are translated. Add Spanish translations for both entries.
