Description of change
An ad unit can reach auction setup with no media types after validation removes disabled formats. Skip that unit so the auction can finish; retain other valid units.
Adds regression tests for callback and promise completion, mixed ad units and disabled media features. Affected tests pass with normal and disabled-feature builds.
