Bidder pages start with h3 headings . This applies to all the H2 headings below as well 😊

Then we can merge directly and you make a follow up PR for the prebid server support that is tight to the PBS PR
Updates setup, parameters and examples for the coordinated Panxo bidder and RTD changes. Documents external script behavior, activity controls, test inventory and floor/property-key migration restrictions.
The Server adapter is still under review in prebid/prebid-server#4723. Final availability should follow the corresponding code releases.
